Section 38(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2018
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order, published in the Government Gazette, make such provisions not inconsistent with this Act as may appear to be necessary for removing the difficulty :Provided that no such order shall be made under this section after the expiry of three years from the commencement of this Act.
