        This Miscellaneous First Appeal filed Under Section 54(1) of Land
Acquisition Act, against the Judgment and Award dated 29.01.2016 passed in
LAC No. 1/2005 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Honavar (Itinerary
Court at Bhatkal).

      This appeal coming on for orders this day, the Court passed the
following;

Two weeks' time is granted for compliance of the office objections subject to payment of cost of Rs. 3,000/- to the Advocates' Association Library Fund, High Court of Karnataka, Dharwad Bench, Dharwad within two weeks, failing which the appeal stands dismissed without reference to bench.
