1. Short title, commencement and interpretation.

- a. These Regulations shall be termed as KERC (Security Deposit) Regulations, 2007.b. These Regulations shall come into force from the date of publication in the official Gazette of the State of Karnataka.c. These Regulations shall extend to the whole State of Karnataka.
