Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, the petitioner has approached this Court, by way of instant writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in an identical situation, this Court passed the order dated 22.11.2012 (Annexure P-3) and the present case is squarely covered by that order. He further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.4 is directed to decide the legal notice dated 21.5.2013 (Annexure P-4) submitted by the petitioner, keeping in view the above said order dated 22.11.2012 passed by this Court in CWP No. 23039 of 2012 (Narinder Singh Vs. State of Punjab and Kumar Amit others).
