Section 14(1) in West Bengal Yoga and Naturopathic System of Medicine Rules, 2015
(1)An account shall be opened with any Nationalized Bank in Kolkata in the name of the Council and such account shall be operated upon by cheque signed by the Registrar and countersigned by the President, or the Vice-President, if so authorized by the President in writing for acting in his absence.
