Leave granted.

The appellant is concurrently found guilty for an offence under Sections 120B IPC read with Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and Sections 13(2) and 13(1)(d) of PC Act, 1988 and sentence for 7 years is awarded of which the appellant admittedly served more than three years.

In the circumstances, we deem it appropriate to enlarge the appellant on bail subject to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, CBI-III, Patna in Special Case No. 3/2000/RC No. 9(S) of 1996.
