27. Advisory services. - The National Housing Bank may provide advisory services to the Central and State Governments, local authorities and other agencies connected with housing, in respect of-
(a)formulation of overall policies aimed at promoting the growth of housing and housing finance institutions;(b)legislation relating to matters having a bearing on shelter, housing and human settlement.
