- The Officer to whom the enquiry has been entrusted shall, after completing his investigation, furnish the District Officer with a list of the debtor's property, giving in the case of both movable and immovable property a complete description of the same sufficient for its identification by the Officer deputed to attach it, and the evidence available to show that the property to question belongs to the debtor.
