Section 39(3A) in The U.P. Kshettra Panchayats And Zila Panchayats Adhiniyam, 1961
(3A)[ The State Government may direct that all or any of the posts mentioned in clauses [(vii),(viii) and (xxi)] [Substituted by Section 10(iv) of U.P. Act No. 16 of 1965.] of sub-section (1) shall be held ex-officio by such officers and on such terms and conditions as may be specified.
