Section 47(1) in The Orissa Land Reforms Act, 1960
(1)The [amount] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 30 of 1976.] in respect of the interest of the land-holders mediately or immediately under whom the surplus lands were being held as a land-holder or raiyat shall be fifteen times the fair and equitable rent.
