84. Power to delegate.
- The State Government may, by notification in the Government Gazette, direct that any power (other than the power to hear appeals or to make rules) exercisable by it under this Act or the rules made thereunder may be exercised also by any officer of the State Government subject to such terms and conditions, if any, as may be specified therein.
