16A. [ Compensation payable by tenant declared Bhumidhar of redeemed land. - Where tenant is declared as Bhumidhar in respect of any part of mortgaged area that has been redeemed under sub- section (1) of section 15, the compensation payable by such tenant to the mortgagor shall be determined and paid in the manner provided in clause (2) or clause (3) of section 16 according as such tenant is declared a Bhumidhar under sub- section (2) or sub- section(5) of section 15.] [Inserted by Act 4 of 1959, sec 8 (w.r.e.f. 20-7-1954)]
