Section 62(10)(a) in The Dock Workers (Safety, Health And Welfare) Regulations, 1990

(a)Where conveyers extend to points not visible from the control stations, they shall be equipped with gongs, whistles or signed lights, to be use by the operators before starting the machinery so as to warn dock workers who might be in positions of danger;
