(1)Where an application is made to the Court under the provisions of the Act in the voluntary winding-up of a company, whether or not an order shall have been made that the voluntary winding-up shall continue subject to the supervision of the Court, these Rules, so far as may be, shall be applied to the subject-matter and mode of such application.(2)Save as aforesaid, Rules which from their nature and subject-matter, or by the headlines above the group in which they are contained or by their terms are made applicable only to proceedings in a winding-up by the Court or only to such proceedings and to proceedings in a creditors' voluntary winding-up, shall not apply to proceedings in a voluntary winding-up, or, as the case may be, in a members' voluntary winding-up, whether any such voluntary winding-up is or is not being continued under the supervision of the Court.
