38. Information under section 12(5) when a report is made to the Governor.
- When a special report is made to the Governor under sub-section (5) of section 12, the information to be given to the complainant regarding such report shall, subject to the specific written order of the Lokayukta or Upa-Lokayukta, be given in the form prescribed in Schedule T.
