	Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to return all the original documents along with Transfer Certificate as requested in the intimation dated 15.02.2018 (Reg No.131701105) submitted by the petitioner and further the respondents may also be directed to refund the fees amount paid for the acadmic year 2017-18.

				           O R D E R		

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondent to return all the original documents along with Transfer Certificate as requested in the letter dated 15.02.2018 (Reg No.131701105) submitted by the petitioner and also to refund the fees amount paid for the acadmic year 2017-18.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel on for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that as requested by the petitioner, the Transfer Certificate and the Mark statement etc., had been returned to the petitioner. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner is not entitled for refund of fees paid by her, since, she attended the class till the middle of the academic year.

3.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication.

4.Hence, recording the same, this writ petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to raise any other issues in the manner known to law. No costs.
