Based on above, 86 has cenduded that the Qymoséte Parties have mt contravened the pmxsisian cu' secticsn E5 (3) {3} cf the fact.

4,15 fin the basis cf facts on record, {)6 has conckzcied that same of the Gppesite Parties mentioned m the information indeeai acted in a cesncertexci manner it: step the sugpiy sf exgsmsives during the gaeriod 12.G4,20G6 ta 1€5.fi4.2{}Q5. Hawever, accorciing to 36, since the garovisians of sectiesn 3 were natifieti cmiy in May 2389, even if the bidders acted in .33 ccmcerteci manner in Financiai Year 2{}{3S~(}?, the game cannat be heéd as viaiative cf secticm 3(3} {E3} of the Act.

Further, the fact that 33% attser bidders participated in the reschedtuied efiecttonic auctisn heid mt 15.01.2919 atso indicates that they had no Ententéan to bttyetatt the reverse auctmn in spite at the high ceiling price fixed by the tnfersttant.
