Section 228(1) in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010
(1)An application for leave to disclaim any part of the property of a LLP shall be made by a summons supported by an affidavit setting out the full facts relating to the property, the parties interested and the nature of their interests, and stating whether the LLP is solvent and whether any notice has been served on the liquidator by any party requiring him to elect whether or not he will disclaim.
