Section 13(2) in Maharashtra Homoeopathic Practitioners' Act, 1960
(2)It shall be competent for the Council to incur expenditure for the following purposes, namely:-(a)salaries and allowances of the Registrar and the staff including the Inspectors appointed by the Council;(b)fees and allowances paid to the members of the Council, its committees;(c)remuneration paid to paper setters, examiners, moderators and other, persons appointed by the Council for the conduct of examinations;(d)other expenses for the conduct of examinations;(e)such other expenses as are necessary for performing its duties and functions under this Act, rules made thereunder or the regulations or by-laws made by the Council.]
