Section 10(2) in The Sikkim Labour Protection Act, 2005
(2)The wages of every person employed in any work shall be paid before the expiry of the seventh day of the succeeding month.(a)Any establishment upon or in which less than one thousand persons are employed, shall be paid before the expiry of the seventh day.(b)Any other establishment upon or in which more than one thousand persons employed, shall be paid before the expiry of the tenth day.
