             Shri Akhilesh Jain, learned counsel for the appellant.

             This appeal under Section 47 of the Guardian And Wards Act,

     1890 arises out of an order dated 18.5.2012 passed by VIth Additional

     District Judge, Sagar in M.J.C. No.2/2012.

             The appellant filed an application under Section 7 of the

     Guardian And Wards Act for her appointment as a Guardian of two

     minor children Vedansh Patel and Devansh Patel who are natural son of

     respondent No.1 Mahendra Patel.

Mahendra Patel was married to Manju Patel who died therefore, Mahendra Patel was prosecuted and convicted under Section 304-B of the IPC.

Deceased Smt. Manju Patel at the time of her death was employed as a teacher in Central School No.2, Deendayal Nagar, Makronia, District-Sagar. Obviously, these proceedings are in ren, therefore, the appellant impleaded General Public as respondent No.2 in the appeal. No citation has been published in the news paper regarding this appeal under Section 47 of the Act.

Learned counsel for the appellant is therefore, directed to publish a notice in a news paper having circulated in Sagar for the information of general public regarding these proceedings. In addition to this, learned counsel for the appellant shall also pay requisite process fee for issuance of notice to the Principal, Central School No.2, Deendayal Nagar, Makronia, District-Sagar.

List the matter after the publication of citation and service of notice on the Central School No.2, Deendayal Nagar, Makronia, District- Sagar.

Let the whole exercise be completed within a period of four weeks.
