Section 52(1) in The Coal Mines Provident Fund Scheme
(1)When the Contribution Cards of members [for any period of currency commencing before the 1st April, 1953] [Inserted vide S.R.O. 3306 dated 22nd October 1954.] are received after the expiration of their period of currency from the employers, the aggregate amount for which stamps have been affixed on the Contribution Cards shall be credited to an account to be called the ".Provident Fund Account" by contra debit to the "Stamps Suspense Account."
