Section 46(5) in The Uttar Pradesh State Sports University Act, 2021
(5)Notwithstanding anything contained in this section, the State Government may direct the University to make provisions in the Statutes in respect of any matter specified by it and if the Executive Council is unable to implement such direction within sixty days of its receipt, the State Government for its inability to comply with such direction, may make or amend the Statutes suitably.
