Section 9(2) in The Rajasthan Money-Lenders Act, 1963
(2)Before cancelling a licence under sub-section (1), the [Assistant Registrar] [Substituted, by Rajasthan Act No. 6 of 1993, w.e.f. 9-12-1993.] shall give notice in writing to the licensee and may hold such inquiry as may be necessary.
