Section 5(3) in Tamil Nadu Land Improvement Schemes Act, 1959
(3)Any claim not preferred within the prescribed period shall be rejected:Provided that the Collector may admit a claim after such period if he is satisfied that the claimant had sufficient cause for not preferring the claim within such period.
