Section 3(2)(c) in U.P. Board of Secondary Sanskrit Education (Appointment and Conditions of Service of Heads of Institution, Teachers and other employees of the Institutions Rules, 2009

(c)The proposal referred to in Clause (b) shall be accompanied by a copy of the resolution of the Committee of Management approving such head master for promotion, his service book and Character Roll and shall contain the following particulars in relation to him, namely-

(i)Date of birth;

(ii)Examination passed by him stating the subjects, divisions and year of passing such examinations.
