- (l) As soon as may be after the commencement of this Act, there shall be created and constituted by the State Government for the whole of the State a service designated as the Rajasthan Municipal Service and hereinafter referred to as the Service.(2)The Service shall be divided into different categories, each category being sub-divided into different grades, and shall consist of officers, Administrative as well as Technical.
