Section 2 in U.P. Kshettra Panchayats (Supervision of Activities of Gram Sabhas) Rules, 1963

A [Kshettra Panchayat] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 9 of 1994.] shall, subject to the provisions contained in the U. P. [Kshettra Panchayats] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 9 of 1994.] and [Zila Panchayats] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 9 of 1994.] Adhiniyam, 1961, supervise the activities of the constituent [Gram Sabhas] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 9 of 1994.] in the manner provided hereinafter.
