(1)Every appeal under Section 14 of the Act shall be made in the form prescribed in Form VII.(2)Every appeal is to be filed within the prescribed time limit after paying challan for Rs. 2,500/- under the Head of A/c 0055 Police MH 103 Fees, Fines & Forfeiture, SH (01) Fees, Fines and Forfeiture.
