Section 12(1) in The United Provinces Minor Irrigation Works Act, 1920
(1)After such modification of the draft scheme as appears to be required by any objection made under the previous section, the [State Government] [Substituted by A.O.1950.] may, if it thinks fit to proceed with the scheme, notify the same as approved by publication in the [Official Gazette] [Substituted by A.O.1937.] and thereafter it shall be entitled to carry out such approved scheme in accordance with the provisions of this Act:Provided that if the scheme has, in the opinion of the [State Government] [Substituted by A.O.1950.] been substantially altered, the provisions of Section 11 shall apply to the amended scheme.
