Section 242 in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012
242. Form of authority to pay distributable sum.
- A person to whom distributable sum is payable may lodge with the Liquidator an authority in writing to pay such distributable sum to another person named therein. Such authority shall be in Form No. 84.
