(7)The licensee shall cause to write in legible letters with oil paint colours on some conspicuous part, name of every vat, mashtun, under back copper, heating-tank, cooler, fermenting-vessels etc. to be used by him and the purpose for which it is used. Where more than one vat, vessel, room or place is used for the same purpose, they shall bear distinctive serial numbers.
