(2)All stores maintained in the manufactory department of the jail, whether consisting of raw material, material in process of manufacture or manufactured goods, machinery, plant, tools or other articles shall be under the care and supervision of the Deputy Superintendent Factory, who shall at all times be liable to duly account therefor to the Superintendent.
