9. Misutilisation of subsidy.
- In the event the amount of subsidy is not utilised by the small scale industry run by the Co-operative society for the purpose for which it is granted, the entire amount of grant shall be recovered as an arrears of land revenue in lump sum with interest at 12% per annum from the date of disbursement.Form I(See Rule 4)Form of Application for grant of subsidyForm of application for grant of subsidy (on managerial staff) to small scale industry run by industrial Co-operative Societies.
