Section 732(1) in Rules of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, 1952
(1)Applications for the determination of all questions of priorities and all other questions whatsoever, whether of law or fact, which may relate to or arise in the course of the winding up of a Banking Company, shall be made by petition. The petition shall contain a statement of facts relied on and the nature of the relief asked for. The petition shall be signed and verified in the same manner as a plaint and shall be supported by an affidavit.
