Section 296 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
296. Owner of land to allow others to carry drains through the lands.
- Every owner of the land shall be bound to allow any person in whose favour an order has been made under Section 295 to carry a drain into, through or under land of such owner on such terms as may be specified in such order.
