Section 22 in The West Bengal Universities and Colleges (Administration and Regulation) Act, 2017
22. Savings.
- Anything done or purported to have been done in pursuance of any law for the time being in force by the State Government immediately preceding the date of coming into effect of this Act, shall have effect to the extent it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as if this Act had not yet come into effect.
