69. Dues leviable under the Orissa Ports' Regulation, 1937 to continue.
- All dues leviable immediately before the coming into force of this Act in respect of any port in pursuance of the Orissa Ports' Regulation, 1937 (Orissa Regulation 11 of 1937) shall continue to be so leviable until it is otherwise declared by Government by notification in that behalf.
