Section 26(2) in The Rabindra Mukta Vidyalaya Act, 2001
(2)The Budget Estimate shall, after confirmation by the [Council] [Word 'Vidyalaya' first substituted for the words 'Governing Body' by W.B. Act 7 of 2002, then the word within third brackets substituted for the word 'Vidyalaya' by W.B. Act 13 of 2006.], be forwarded to the State Government within such time as may be prescribed by rules.
