Section 5(3) in The Maharashtra Domestic Workers Welfare Board Act, 2008
(3)Notwithstanding anything contained in any other provisions of this Act, the members shall hold office during the pleasure of the State Government and if in the opinion of the State Government,-(a)the member representing employers and the domestic workers, ceases to adequately represent the employers or, as the case may be, the domestic workers, or(b)having regard to exigencies of circumstances or services in the State Government, the member representing the State Government cannot continue to represent the State Government, then it may, by an order, remove all or any of them from office at any time.
