1. As per order dated 03.01.2022, this Tribunal has taken up the matter for consideration of further report to be filed by the Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board (APPCB). No report has been filed after the matter was considered by this Tribunal earlier. On that day the learned counsel appearing for Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board (APPCB) submitted that they have submitted the report. But office informed no such report has been received.
