Section 12(4) in The Orissa Forest Shooting Rules, 1973
(4)Camping site - While inside his shooting block, the holder of a shooting permit shall camp only at such camping grounds as are entered in the permit, or have been set apart by the Divisional Forest Officer or in places specially pointed out to him by the Range Officer.
