Section 28G(1)(e) in Karnataka Urban Water Supply and Drainage Board Act, 1973

(e)obstruct any officer or other employee of the Board in the discharge of this duties under this Act or refuse or willfully neglect to furnish him with the means necessary for the making of any entry, inspection, examination or inquiry thereunder in relation to any water work or sewage work ; or
