Section 5 in THE MARINE AIDS TO NAVIGATION ACT, 2021

5. Duties of Director General.

The Director General shall advise the Central Government on matters relating to aids to navigation and perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Central Government under this Act or in any other law for the time being in force.
