A Supplementary Affidavit has been filed today on behalf of the appellant annexing thereto, Certified copies of the Application filed under Section 170 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, and the Order passed thereon. The Stamp Reporter is directed to submit Report regarding removal of the defects, as reported in his Report dated 19.7.2010. In case, the defects have been removed , appropriate regular number will be give to the Appeal.
