Section 40(1) in The Goa Tax on Luxuries Rules, 1988
(1)When any person appointed under section 3 or the Tribunal constituted under section 4 reviews any order under sub-section (4) of section 33 such person or the Tribunal, as the case may be, shall record reasons therefore.
