(5)Morning prayers. - (i) Before the barracks are opened, the jail guards shall awaken all the prisoners and make them shake out and fold up their bedding and clothing neatly.(ii)While still in the barracks, prisoners shall listen devotional and inspirational songs.(iii)The Jail guard shall keep all prisoners ready to march out of the barracks in file.
