33. Papers not to form part of the records
.-(a) Except with the leave of the Tribunal, the following shall not form part of the records of the case:-(i)Reply statement filed after the expiry of the time granted for the purpose.(ii)Rejoinder filed without the leave of the Bench/Registrar or filed after the expiry of the time granted.(iii)Additional pleadings filed without the leave of the Bench/Registrar or filed after the expiry of the time granted.(b)The above papers treated as not forming part of the record shall be notified on the Notice Board of the Registry requiring the party of take them back within four weeks from the date of the Notification, failing which the Registry shall take steps to destroy the same.
