Section 29(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014
(1)The committee shall hold its sittings in the premises of a Children's Home or, at a place in proximity to the Children's Home or, at a suitable premise in any institution run under the Act.
