2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed against judgement and order dated 02.05.2000 passed by XI Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut in Criminal Misc. Case No.168/9/2000 (Kaushal Agarwal Versus Managing Director) under Sections 418 and 427 I.P.C. whereby the revisionist was summoned.Being aggrieved, revisionist preferred present revision with some delay.
3. This revision has been filed beyond time by 83 days.There is no delay condonation application on record.
4. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
5. Criminal revision is dismissed.
6. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
